where i spent my time

this house's structure dates from 1930s. the outside and porch have been renovated since 1950. the addition was after 2000. i'm on the second floor, left corner above the cars.

googling

google is so simple it's hard!

just like character recognition, googling is a skill that is either correct or incorrect. you just have to keep trying 'til you get it. just like written and spoken language.

start with internet explorer, the basis for windows, add camera and keyboard. then use picasa to facilitate transferring from camera to blog. add your own comments. share the pictures in hello. viola!

you can get real fancy with a micro/phone and add audio or link to a podcast. or you can add a stationary camera or videorecorder.

the possibilities are astounding!

but you really depend on doing it every day and sharing your blog with others. so taking the time to search for new content is a must. either new feeds online or intersting stuff around your life is a must. you can treat your blog just like a journal, but not a diary.

i took mom outside today to put seed in the bird feeder and take some pictures. she knows where every tree and flower is.
